My Story

As a personal trainer and registered nurse who struggled with my own weight loss issues for years, I finally discovered the secret to achieving the body of my dreams. Using a scientifically based approach centered on the body's own natural hormones I discovered how to effectively and efficiently burn fat without the need for permanent lifestyle changes, fad diets, costly and time-consuming gym memberships, or endless cardio. With this breakthrough, I developed the Sexy Skinny Healthy Happy program - a simple and effective program that anyone can use to attain the body of their dreams.

The Process

The process is simple. First, you will learn how your body burns fat at the cellular level. And while it's not essential that you attain a Nobel Prize in cellular metabolism, this new understanding will be the foundation for achieving your weight loss goals. In the second phase of the program, you will be given the tools necessary to quickly and easily get your body to burn fat and lose weight. You will be able to use these techniques for the rest of your life without the need to purchase anything else from us. With our program there are no fancy diets, work out routines, meals, special equipment to buy, and no dreaded cardio workouts.
